When you are coaching, it is important to be supportive and honest with your team members. Avoid using negative language or blaming others for any problems in your business; instead, focus on solutions and how to move forward positively.
This strategy will help keep everyone working toward a common goal, rather than feeling blamed or ashamed for doing things your way and not yours. Next time you meet again, be clear about what you want them to do. Ask yourself if they need additional training to be ready before then.

3. Don’t be afraid to say “no”
You are the coach and you have to keep your team moving towards the goal. That means saying “no” sometimes when it’s best for everyone in the long term. It’s easy and tempting to say “yes” all the time because it feels good to be liked by everyone. However, this can backfire when you are overburdened or unprepared for a situation. Say no often. said firmly. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. You may only have to say it once because people feel slighted if they hear it once and try again later without realizing their request has been denied.
4. Give them space to be themselves
As a leader, giving your team members the space to be themselves is essential. Don’t try to force them into a pattern and change who they are. Your goal is not to make them more like you, but to help them become a better version of themselves. They may be introverted or extroverted. They may be analytical or intuitive. They may have strong business skills but lack communication skills – or vice versa. The key is to help everyone leverage their strengths and solidify their weaknesses so that as an organization you can achieve greater success in your business endeavours than any individual (possibly even additionally) alone can achieve.
5. Make time to celebrate growth together
When you spend time with your team, talk about what they want to achieve. You should celebrate each other’s successes. You also want to reward great work, so make sure you know what you expect from them and how they will be rewarded. Don’t forget that giving and receiving compliments is important.
6. Be honest but tactful
