Diablo Immortal Patch 1.6, the game’s first major update, now has a release date: September 28. In time, the controversial RPG will be adding several new features and system changes, including building a new home for your clan.
As the recent Diablo Immortal leak suggested, the first big Diablo Immortal update includes a new Helliquary boss, the fifth in the game. Blizzard says the new boss, named Izilech the Misshapen, is “a vicious new warrior ready to fight only the toughest adventurers starting October 2nd.”
As Blizzard has already confirmed, Warband will get some attention in an upcoming update. In addition to relaxing some requirements on the number of players required for certain adventures, the update also replaces the Chapter Camp with the new Chapter Headquarters at Siranga Castle.

Castle Cyrangar, individual Chapter members can receive Purge the Depths, which allows them to develop their characters and find special “remnants” that can be placed in new Chapter rooms, where they will provide buffs to everyone inside. Warbands can also take part in the new Cyrangar Defense together, which offers new rewards in exchange for battle waves with demonic enemies.
As we previously reported, the new Silent Monastery dungeon will be found in Zavin Hill, and Blizzard says you’ll need to find a light source to navigate through the dungeon’s dark halls, which are “shrouded in eternal darkness.”
After the update arrives on September 28, get ready for the fifth season of Battle Pass: Descendants of the Storm, which begins on September 29. You can look forward to updated challenges, new rewards and new decorations, as well as this new season progression track.
