Ebb Software and Kepler Interactive have released nearly nine minutes of gameplay footage of Scorn, their upcoming first-person survival horror game inspired by the art of HR Giger and Zdzisław Beksiński.
In the prologue, the protagonist, an unknown humanoid, wakes up in a surreal environment with no shortage of creepy sets and disturbingly angular designs that blur the lines between living things and machines.
HR Giger is known for pioneering this aesthetic art style, most famously for the 1979 Ridley Scott film Alien, in which he served as the film’s special effects team member. a member.
Zdzisław Beksiński is known for his paintings depicting dystopian, surrealist styles, with an emphasis on surrealist architecture.

Scorn is coming to PC (via Steam, Epic Games Store and GoG) and Xbox Series X|S (day 1 with Xbox Game Pass) on October 21st.
Fans have been dying to get their hands on Scorn for some time now. The game was originally released in November 2014, and since then, it has seen sporadic updates and trailers ahead of a June release date of this year.
The game will be coming to PC and Xbox Series X|S on October 21, 2022, including the first day of release on Xbox Game Pass.
